Frequently asked

My progress is gone.

Progress is stored only on the device. Deleting the app or moving to a new device resets it, and there is no account to restore it from. Your coins and the balls you bought are part of that progress. Premium is different: tap Restore in Settings.

The sound stopped.

It should recover on its own when you return to the app. If it ever does not, please write — knowing exactly what you were doing helps more than you would think.

I cannot get past a level.

Chain your exits. Balls leaving one after another in the same turn are worth several times what they are worth one at a time, and most targets assume at least one good chain.

How do I get rid of the ads?

Buy Premium in the SHOP (in Settings → Ads it is the Remove ads row, the same purchase). It is a one-time purchase: no ads at all, offline play, free continues without a video, and twice the coins you earn by playing. If you reinstall, tap Restore in Settings.

Do I need an internet connection?

Yes, to start a level, unless you have Premium: Premium lets you play offline. A level you have already started can always be finished.

What are coins for?

Coins buy new balls in the SHOP and pay for a continue (100 coins) when you lose a level. You earn them by clearing levels, beating your best, playing endless runs, the daily reward and, if you like, a short ad in the shop.

Is there a way to skip a level?

Yes. Every lost attempt adds 5 seconds to the clock, and after three losses on the same level you can skip it (bosses excepted). You can also set the time in Settings. Every level you have reached stays open: tap CHAPTERS on the home screen, or tap the gear wheel and turn it to a chapter, to go back, practise, and beat your best score on it. Picking a level other than your next one ends your current streak.
