By downloading Turnbox you accept these terms.
Licence
Turnbox is licensed, not sold. You get a personal, non‑transferable licence to use the app for non‑commercial purposes.
Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, resell or rent the app.
Price
The app is free to download and shows ads: full-screen ads between some levels and a banner on menu screens, never during play. Without Premium, starting a level needs an internet connection. Optional in‑app purchases are processed by Apple. Premium is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that removes the ads, lets you play offline, makes continues free and doubles the coins you earn by playing; it can be restored from Settings on any device using the same Apple Account. Coin packs are consumable purchases that add coins to the game on the device where you buy them.
Coins, whether earned in the game or bought, can only be used inside Turnbox. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded by the developer, and are kept on your device only, so they cannot be restored after the app is deleted. Refund requests for purchases go to Apple.
Data
Progress and settings are kept on your device only. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error‑free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.
Apple
Apple is not a party to these terms. The developer, not Apple, is responsible for the app and for any support claims relating to it.
Changes
If these terms change, the updated text will be published on this page.
